Terms Of Use

Wafi Terms of Use Effective date: 10 October 2026 These Terms govern access to Wafi at https://wafi.in/ and its business messaging services. Wafi is operated by CDNTECHNOLOGIES, trading as CDN Technologies, with its business address at 1st Floor, Lubana Complex, Medical College Road, Jalandhar, Punjab 144001, India. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean CDN Technologies; “you” means the customer and its authorised users. 1 Agreement and eligibility By accepting these Terms during registration or purchasing a Wafi service, you agree to them. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you act for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not register or use the service. A separately signed agreement takes priority where it expressly changes these Terms. 2 Services and third party platforms Wafi provides access to business messaging tools. Available features, usage allowances, support and subscription periods are those stated in your selected plan or agreed order. Features may include shared inboxes, message templates, campaigns, automation and reporting, where enabled for your account. WhatsApp and Meta services are supplied by their respective operators. You must comply with the applicable WhatsApp Business Terms, Business Messaging Policy, Business Platform Terms and other rules governing your connected accounts. These Terms do not replace those rules. Wafi is an independent service and does not imply endorsement by Meta or WhatsApp. Access may depend on business verification, permissions, template approval and restrictions imposed by Meta. We do not guarantee verification, template approval, message delivery, recipient engagement, uninterrupted access or protection from platform restrictions. Any connection method offered must be used within the applicable platform rules. 3 Account access and security Provide accurate account and business information and keep it current. Connect only numbers, business accounts, Pages and other assets you own or are authorised to manage. You remain responsible for actions taken by your authorised users and for assigning appropriate access permissions. Keep passwords, access tokens and other credentials confidential; use available security controls and remove access when team members leave. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. We will not ask you to disclose a password or one time verification code by an unsolicited message. Wafi Terms of Use | 4 Messaging consent and customer responsibilities Before messaging a person, obtain the consent required by applicable law and WhatsApp policies, including permission to receive the relevant messages from your business. Maintain evidence of consent and communicate your identity and the purpose of the messages clearly. A phone number in a contact list does not, by itself, establish permission to message it. Provide a practical way for recipients to opt out. Honour requests to stop messages, including requests received outside WhatsApp, and keep suppression records to prevent further unwanted contact. You are responsible for the accuracy of contact lists, lawful collection of customer information and the content and timing of your campaigns. Use templates, conversation windows and message categories according to the rules currently applicable to your account. You must not circumvent messaging limits, approval requirements or platform enforcement. Campaign functionality does not authorise unsolicited messages or the use of purchased or scraped lists without the required consent. 5 Acceptable use Do not use Wafi for spam, fraud, impersonation, deceptive claims, harassment, unlawful discrimination, unlawful goods or services, or content that infringes another person’s rights. Follow WhatsApp restrictions on prohibited and regulated businesses and content. Do not send malicious code, exploit vulnerabilities or disrupt our systems or another user’s service. Do not access another customer’s data, bypass access controls, evade billing or usage limits, or copy or redistribute the software without permission. If you manage campaigns for clients, obtain their authorisation and make sure each client complies with these Terms and the relevant platform rules. Offering access to clients is permitted only within the functionality and permissions of your plan or a separate reseller agreement. 6 Your content and personal data You retain your rights in the contacts, messages, templates and other content you provide. You grant us and the service providers we use a limited right to process that content only as needed to provide, secure and support the service, follow your lawful instructions and meet legal obligations. You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed for that processing. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data: http://wafi.in/page/643a652e-df2c-4a07-9c08-2f9bcd59734c/privacy. Where you determine the purpose of processing your customers’ information, you remain responsible for your privacy notices, lawful basis, consent and responses to their requests. We will assist with requests concerning data held in Wafi where applicable. A separate data processing agreement may be needed for your circumstances; these Terms do not replace one. Do not upload data whose processing is unlawful or incompatible with the service. If you enable an optional integration, review its permissions and privacy terms before sharing data with it. You are responsible for lawful instructions and any necessary disclosures to your customers. Wafi Terms of Use | 7 Plans payments and renewals Prices, billing periods, usage allowances and applicable taxes will be stated at checkout or in an agreed quotation before purchase. Meta messaging charges and other third party charges are separate unless your order expressly includes them. We will disclose any charges we collect on behalf of a third party. Pay invoices by the stated due date. Any automatic renewal arrangement, cancellation method and recurring charge must be disclosed and accepted before it applies. If no automatic renewal has been agreed, continued access after a paid period requires a new payment or agreement. We will notify you of changes to our recurring fees before the next renewal to which they apply. You may request cancellation by emailing technologiescdn@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewals once processed under the disclosed plan terms; it does not automatically create a refund for the period already purchased. Refund eligibility, time limits and the process for requesting a refund are set out here. We don't offer refund for the servies as these are digital services. You are free to talk about them at our designated email or whatsapp number beforehand if you have any query. Mandatory rights under applicable law take priority. If payment is overdue, we may suspend paid features after notifying you and allowing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue, except where immediate action is necessary to prevent fraud or misuse. Contact us promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect. 8 Availability changes and support We will use reasonable efforts to maintain the service and address reported faults. Planned maintenance, hosting outages and changes to Meta services may affect availability. We will give notice of planned material interruptions where practicable. A service level or uptime commitment applies only if included in a separate written agreement. We may update features to improve security, comply with law or reflect platform changes. If a change materially reduces a paid service, we will explain the available options, which may include a suitable alternative or an appropriate credit or refund for the affected unused service. Keep copies of information you need for your business and do not rely on Wafi as your only archive. 9 Suspension and termination We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a security incident, unlawful activity, serious policy breach or a binding legal or platform requirement. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and allow you to correct a remediable breach. We may terminate an account for repeated or serious breaches or failure to remedy a breach after notice. You may close your account by contacting us. Before closure, request an export of data you need; we will explain the options available for your account. Account closure does not automatically close your Meta business account or cancel services you purchased directly from another provider. Unpaid charges for services already supplied remain due. Wafi Terms of Use | 10 Data deletion after closure You may request deletion through technologiescdn@gmail.com. We aim to acknowledge privacy requests within 2 working days and complete deletion of eligible data from active systems within 7 working days after verifying the request and your authority. We may retain limited information required by law, to resolve disputes or prevent fraud, and explain relevant exceptions when responding. Residual backup copies expire under the retention arrangements described in our Privacy Policy. Information held independently by Meta, WhatsApp, your clients or other providers remains subject to their own retention rules. Where we act on a business customer’s instructions, requests from that customer’s contacts may need to be directed to the customer for verification and action. 11 Intellectual property We and our licensors retain rights in Wafi’s software, service design, documentation and branding. Your subscription grants a limited right to access the service for the authorised purposes and period of your plan. It does not transfer ownership of the software. You must not remove ownership notices or use our name or another provider’s trademarks in a way that suggests an endorsement without permission. Restrictions do not limit rights that applicable law expressly permits. 12 Service limitations and liability Use messaging tools with appropriate human oversight. You are responsible for reviewing campaign content and any automation before enabling it. We do not warrant that the service will meet every business requirement or that any campaign will achieve a particular commercial result. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by your unlawful instructions, unauthorised use of your credentials outside our control, recipient actions, or independent decisions by Meta or another provider. We do not exclude responsibility for our own obligations merely because a third party is involved. Each party must take reasonable steps to limit losses and promptly report material problems. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any mandatory consumer rights. Any separately agreed limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law. 13 Changes disputes and governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Contact us first so that we can try to resolve a complaint. If it remains unresolved, the competent courts in Jalandhar, Punjab will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory right to use another court, tribunal or statutory complaint process. We may revise these Terms and update their effective date. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes, except where an urgent legal or security requirement makes this impracticable. Changes apply prospectively. Continued use after the notified effective date constitutes acceptance; if you disagree, contact us to discuss cancellation and any applicable rights for unused prepaid service. 14 Contact Naveen Goel, Founder, CDN Technologies Email: technologiescdn@gmail.com Telephone: +91 7710614900
